TONIGHT (May 18th, 2015) is our annual meeting to gather information and show all participants their spots for setting up on the day of the festival. It is VERY important that you attend to assure that our committee members are able to perform day of duties and allow things to run smoothly the morning of the festival.The meeting will give you an opportunity to ask questions and become familiar with your spots.
NON-PROFIT/VENDORS: Please attend the meeting at 7pm
CRAFTERS: Please attend the meeting at 7:30 pm
The meeting will be at the Cape St. Claire Clubhouse (where the festival takes place). The address is below.
